M/I Homes Inc. is building 406 town-home-style condominium homes at the Potomac Club in Woodbridge, a gated community with an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, an athletic club and swimming pools.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick water table, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, a deck and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature two to four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood or ceramic tile flooring in the foyer; 9- or 10-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; upgraded Colonial-style trim; 42-inch oak cabinets and Corian counters in the kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; and gas heat, cooking and hot water.

The homes have 1,565 to 2,087 finished square feet, with base prices from $348,990 to $421,640. Combined monthly condominium and homeowner association fees range from $235 to $304.

The Leyland model, with 2,063 to 2,087 square feet, is priced from $421,640. This home has a lower-level entrance foyer with columns, a recreation room and an entrance to the two-car garage.

The main level includes an open living and dining room with a wall of windows, a powder room, and a great room with a wall of windows. The center-island kitchen, which is open to the great room, has a walk-in pantry and a breakfast area with a sliding glass door to a deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath.

Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
