Van Metre Homes is building 95 single-family homes on 12,000-square-foot homesites at Belmead at South Run Crossing in Springfield, close to shops, restaurants and commuter routes.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a brick or stone stoop, a sodded lawn and a two- or three-car garage.

The Winthrop model, with 3,677 square feet, is priced from $934,990. This home features a two-story foyer with columns, a living room and a dining room with a butler’s pantry. The center-island kitchen is open to the two-story family room, which has columns, a fireplace and a wall of windows. The main level also has bay windows, a morning room, a study, a mudroom, a laundry room and a powder room.
