Lufthansa has reduced business-class fares from Washington to a number of European destinations — some as much as 70 percent. The Lodge at Woodloch, a new luxury destination spa in Hawley, Pa., in the Poconos, is offering promotional packages. The spa is offering a mother-daughter package in which one person pays regular price while the other pays half price, or both can receive a $500 credit per reservation, based on double occupancy.
