Sorensen Homes is building 54 brick-front garage town homes with wooded views at Port Potomac in Woodbridge, a development with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a community and conference center, a dog park, an amphitheater and walking trails.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms; two full baths and two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown moldings; a gas fireplace; vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in full baths and basement powder room; high-tech wiring; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,500 to 2,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $459,900 to $510,900. Homeowner association fees are $80 per month.

The Carlisle model, with 2,700 square feet, is priced from $488,900 to $510,900. This home features a main-level entrance into a foyer, a front living room with three windows and columns that separate this room from the formal dining room. At the back of this level are a powder room, a family room with a fireplace and windows on two sides, a breakfast area with a triple window and a center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area with optional columns, a walk-in closet and a bath.
