Toll Bros. Inc. is building 77 town homes at the Meadows at Marlboro Ridge, a planned community with planned amenities such as a stable, riding rings, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, ball fields and miles of equestrian and walking trails.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a privacy fence and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms; two full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms; crown moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; fiber optic wiring; a security system; and two-zone heat.

The homes have 2,338 to 2,540 finished square feet, with base prices from $467,975 to $474,975. Homeowner association fees are $186 per month and include all lawn maintenance in addition to the community amenities.

The Sinclair model, with 2,338 square feet, is priced from $474,975. This home features a side entrance on the main level and a front kitchen and breakfast area that are open to the family room, which has two walls of windows. The formal dining room opens to the living room, which has windows on two sides and a sliding glass door to the fenced yard, which has about 36 by 40 square feet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath.

Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
