Duball Woodmont LLC is building 158 condominium homes at Lionsgate at Woodmont Corner in Bethesda, an upscale development with valet parking, a doorman, a 24-hour front desk, a fitness center, a party room with a catering kitchen and a location one block from the Bethesda Metro station.

This Montgomery County community includes reserved, controlled-access parking and controlled access to the building with a video entry system.

Inside, the homes have from one to three bedrooms; 11/2 or 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the living areas; natural stone flooring in the foyer, halls and half baths; Berber carpeting in the bedrooms; Viking stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, granite counters, hardwood flooring and an island or breakfast bar in the kitchen; a master bath with natural stone flooring and granite vanities; and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The Degas model features a den and a closet off the foyer, with a powder room and laundry room nearby.

The Dreyfuss model features a powder room and laundry room off the foyer, a living room with two bay windows and two balconies and a separate dining room with a bay window.
