Drees Homes Co. is building 175 single-family homes on third-acre homesites at Port Potomac in Woodbridge, a planned community with a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tot lots and playgrounds.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick-and-stone front, 61/2-inch beaded siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 to 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak paneled cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a full basement with a rough-in for a bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,700 to 3,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,900 to $641,900.

Homeowner association fees are $135 per month.

The Sinclair V model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from $623,900 to $636,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room, a corner study, a laundry room off the garage and a center-island kitchen open to the breakfast room.

This home also has a two-story family room with a media niche and a fireplace.

The master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a large shower, a tub, two separate vanities and a linen closet.

The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath with a double-sink vanity, while the fourth bedroom has a private full bath.
