Craftstar Homes Inc. is building 264 town houses at River Oaks in Woodbridge, a community with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, a party room, tot lots and a canine park.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a stone, siding or brick facade, professional landscaping and a front or rear-entry two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature three finished levels with three or four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and baths; 9-foot ceilings on the lower and main level and volume ceilings on the upper level; crown moldings; 42-inch maple cabinets in the kitchen; high-tech wiring and gas heat.

The homes have approximately 1,760 to 2,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $344,900 to $449,900. Homeowner association fees are $65 per month.

The Arlington model, with 2,380 square feet, is priced from $394,900. This home features a lower-level entrance with a recreation room and a door to the back yard, plus a garage entrance into the home.

The main level has a living room with a triple window, an open dining room, a powder room and a family room with a triple window. The family room is open to the kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double sink.

Two more bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.

An alternate upper-level floor plan has two master suites, each with a walk-in closet and a private full bath.
