Porten Homes is building 20 single-family homes on quarter-acre to almost half-acre homesites at Annapolis Ridge in Annapolis, a community minutes from the City Dock and the shops and restaurants of historic Annapolis.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a two-tiered columned front porch, a brick front, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.
