Ryan Homes is building 300 single-family homes at Brentwood, a planned community with fitness trails, a pavilion and a ball field minutes from Waldorf, a shopping center and ice rink.

Each home in this Charles County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop and step, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature three or four bedrooms; 21/2 or 31/2 baths; a fireplace in the family room; a side bay window; oak cabinets, upgraded appliances and a storage pantry in the kitchen; smooth-finish ceilings; a security system; prewiring for phone and TV cable; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,977 to 3,596 finished square feet, with base prices from $479,900 to $618,900. Monthly homeowner association fees are $45.

The Michener model, with 2,620 square feet, is priced from $540,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the dining room and the living room, which has a bay window and columns.

The butler’s pantry and storage pantry link the dining room with the center-island kitchen, which has an adjacent breakfast room. This room can be expanded with a morning room addition.

This level also has a family room with a wall of windows, a home office, a laundry room, a powder room and an entrance to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and double-sink vanity.
