Pulte Homes Inc. is building 530 town homes at Potomac Club in Woodbridge, a gated planned community with a clubhouse with a fitness center, a rock-climbing wall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a lounge.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a partial brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a one- or two-car garage.

The Tyler model, with 2,477 square feet, is priced from $469,900. This home features a foyer entrance on the main level, an open living and dining room and a powder room. At the back of the home are a family room, a breakfast area and a center-island kitchen with a pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a coffered ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
