Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a post light and a two-car garage. Three-car and side-entry garages are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a first-floor library; and a family room.

The homes have 2,556 to 2,952 finished square feet, with base prices from $545,990 to $570,990. Homeowner association fees are $28 per month.

The Alaska model, with 2,952 square feet, is priced from $570,990. This home features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer. The centrally located split staircase has entrances from the foyer and family room. The main level includes a formal living room, a formal dining room with an adjacent butler’s pantry, a powder room and a corner library. The family room has windows on three sides. This level also has a laundry room and a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has windows on three sides, a separate sitting room, a double-size walk-in closet and a bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and a second full bath complete this level.
