NVHomes is building 97 town homes with three finished levels at Cameron Station, a planned community in Alexandria with a recreation center, a pool, a business center, 40 acres of parks, walking trails, convenient shopping and a shuttle to the Van Dorn Metro.

Each home includes a brick front, professional landscaping, brick sidewalks, a deck and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 to 4 baths; hardwood flooring on the main level; three-piece crown moldings; a fireplace with a marble surround; and stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen.

The homes have 1,907 to 3,589 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,990 to $849,990. Homeowner association fees are $92 per month.

The Stonyhurst model, with 3,589 square feet, is priced from $849,990. This home features a lower-level entrance to a foyer with art niches and a door to the garage. The lower level includes a recreation room with a closet and an optional bedroom with a walk-in closet.

The main level includes an open living and dining room with three glass doors to narrow balconies. The center-island kitchen opens to a breakfast nook with a pantry. The step-down family room includes a deep bay window, a fireplace and a door to the deck. This level also includes a library with French doors to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a deep bay window, a walk-in closet and a bath. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
