Basheer & Edgemoore Homes LLC is building 112 single-family houses on 2- to 10-acre homesites at Whitehall in Spotsylvania, a development set in more than a thousand acres of forest with trails, streams and parks near historic Fredericksburg.

Each home in this Spotsylvania County community will include a brick water table, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage. Brick or stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 31/2 to 41/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; two-zone heating and air conditioning and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,501 to 4,721 finished square feet, with base prices from $644,900 to $759,900. Homeowner association fees are $60 per month.

The Beaumont model, with 4,721 square feet, is priced from $757,900. This home features a two-story foyer leading into a two-story central hall with a staircase. The main level includes a living room, a formal dining room, a corner library, a powder room and a family room with a two-sided fireplace.

The kitchen is open to a keeping room and a breakfast room wrapped in windows. Upstairs, the master suite has walls of windows, a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a private full bath, and a laundry room complete this level.
