Ryland Homes is building 205 single-family houses at the Vineyards in Clinton, a community of cul-de-sac streets close to shops, restaurants and schools.

The builder is including a free finished lower level with a bath and additional incentives to buyers.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,295 to 3,448 finished square feet, with base prices from $514,990 to $579,990. Homeowner association fees are $48 per month.

The Yorkshire II model, with 3,448 square feet, is priced from $579,990. This home features a two-story foyer with staircases to the upper and lower levels. The first-floor library can be customized with French doors.

The main level includes a formal living room and a formal dining room. Buyers can add French doors between these rooms. Nearby are the center-island kitchen and breakfast area, which include a walk-in pantry. The family room is open to the breakfast area and includes a triple window.

A powder room and a door to the garage complete this level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath.
