Ryan Homes is building 342 single-family houses on quarter-acre homesites at Regent Park in Mitchellville, close to the Beltway, Largo Metro station, shops and restaurants.

The builder is offering $50,000 toward options and $15,000 toward closing costs when the preferred lender is used.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop and step, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 to 4 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch oak cabinets, Corian counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 2,600 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $570,900 to $772,900. Homeowner association fees are $32 per month.

The Avalon model, with 2,900 square feet, is priced from $699,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living and dining rooms and a split staircase accessible from the foyer and kitchen.

This level has a study or optional bedroom with an adjacent powder room or optional full bath. The two-story family room is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. Nearby are a walk-in pantry and a laundry room/mudroom with a closet.
