Centex Homes is building 84 town houses in its “stacked towns” collection at Lansdowne Town Center, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The stacked town homes have one home on the lower two levels and another on the upper two levels.

The development includes an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a community room and a conference room in addition to access to the Lansdowne Resort and Golf Club and other recreational amenities.

Each home in this Loudoun County planned community will include a two-tone brick front with brick-wrapped corners, stone accents and Hardiplank siding, professional landscaping, a one-car garage and a covered rear balcony.

Inside, all four models feature three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen, laundry room and baths; 9-foot ceilings on all levels; crown moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,586 to 2,662 finished square feet, with base prices from $359,990 to $429,990. Combined monthly homeowner and condominium association fees are $410.

The O’Hare model, an upper-level home with 2,662 square feet, is priced from $419,990. This home features a living room open to the dining room, a den, a powder room, a kitchen and a breakfast room with a sliding glass door to the balcony.
