Wood Partners is building 292 condominium homes at Chelsea West in Camp Springs near the Branch Avenue Metro station.

This mixed-use development includes retail and office space, and the condominium includes an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, rooftop sports courts, a golf putting green, a media room, 24-hour concierge services, a cyber-cafe and picnic and grilling areas.

This Prince George’s County development has brick midrise buildings with controlled indoor parking.

Inside, all 12 models feature one to three bedrooms; one or two full baths; hardwood flooring in the living areas; carpeted bedrooms; 9-foot ceilings; crown moldings; granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; a washer and dryer; walk-in closets; a security system; high-speed Internet access; and a solarium, balcony or patio. Some homes have a fireplace.

The homes have 659 to 1,429 finished square feet, with base prices from $209,900 to $404,900. Monthly condominium association fees are $178 to $290.

The B2 model, with 1,096 square feet, is priced from $331,900. This home has a balcony off the living and dining room and a laundry room off the kitchen. One bedroom has a sunroom, a walk-in closet and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a balcony and a walk-in closet.

The C1 model, with 1,421 square feet, is priced from $404,900. This home features a central living room, a separate dining room with access to two balconies and a center-island kitchen with a pantry and glass doors to one balcony. This model has three bedrooms and two baths.
