Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: Being accepted into the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy; my election as a director of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors; and my election as treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors

Most memorable house: A client came from California to look at some homes. That very day she found the home of her dreams and we wrote an offer, got it accepted and ratified. She moved in the following month. This was the quickest sale yet.

Worst experience: Recently, my sellers’ contract fell through because the buyers couldn’t sell their home due to title problems. It was back to the drawing board.
