The Washington Times in its Feb. 8 editions incorrectly implicated an FBI executive in a jury ruling in a federal lawsuit, which said the bureau retaliated against a 25-year veteran FBI agent when it downgraded her performance reviews. James Casey, an FBI section chief, was not named or implicated in the jury ruling.
