Toll Bros. Inc. is building 251 condominium homes at White Flint Station in Bethesda, a development within walking distance of shops and restaurants near the White Flint Metro station.

The community includes an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a two-story clubroom, landscaped courtyards and concierge services.

This Montgomery County community has designated parking spaces in a secure garage, with additional spaces and parking garages available for sale. Each home has a patio or balcony with a courtyard or swimming pool view.

The two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and full bath, are separated by the living areas.

The Georgetown model, with 1,400 square feet, is priced from $664,000 to $709,000. This home features an open living and dining room with a door the balcony, a laundry room off the foyer and a kitchen with a desk and breakfast bar.
