I’ve encountered many a moron in my dozen years on the road chasing different teams and stories. But Wednesday night at Louisville provided a signature moment for the stupidity annals.

A middle-aged woman in the front row at Freedom Hall for the Georgetown-Louisville game addressed the following query to a member of the Washington media referring to the name plate in front of the Post’s Camille Powell.

“Washington Post? Where is that located?”

Wow. Welcome to Lousiville.
