The Churchill Group is building 49 brick town-house-style condominium homes at Maxwell Square in historic downtown Frederick and near the MARC train, parks and golf courses.

Each home in this Frederick County community has a brick exterior with Colonial-style moldings, with a front and back porch. Some homes include a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models include four finished levels with three bedrooms; two or three full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels; crown moldings; a structured wiring package; 42-inch oak cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,675 to 2,870 finished square feet, with base prices from $489,990 to $614,990. Homeowner association fees are $110 per month.

The Hanson model, with 2,870 square feet, is priced from $614,990. This home features a two-car garage, a powder room, a laundry room, a storage room and a finished recreation room on the lower level.

The main level has a living room with a wall of windows and a door to a covered front deck, a central kitchen, a powder room and a dining room with a door to the rear deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath.

Two more bedrooms, a linen closet and a second full bath complete this level.
