Toll Bros. Inc. is building 82 single-family estate homes on 3- to 6-acre homesites at Waterford Ridge in Waterford, not far from several golf courses and the town of Leesburg.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a choice of a several exterior styles with brick, stone or siding, professional landscaping and garage space for two to four cars.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 to 4 baths; a two-story foyer with an oak staircase; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main level; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room and study; a fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 3,440 to 4,920 finished square feet, with base prices from $797,975 to $906,975. There are no homeowner association fees.

The Melrose model, with 4,350 square feet, is priced from $855,975. This home features a front porch that opens into a two-story foyer with a curved oak staircase and entrances to the living room and dining room. At the back of the home are a two-story family room with columns and multiple windows, a study and a kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a walk-in closets and a bath with tray and coffered ceilings, dual private toilets, a central tub and separate shower and double vanities.

The second bedroom has a private full bath and a walk-in closet, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.
