Last night at AT&T; Center in San Antonio

SEEN AND HEARD

The storm that has wreaked havoc over the central part of the country almost kept he Wizards out of San Antonio.

Because of the ice on the runways, the Wizards delayed their flight as long as they could and finally arrived in San Antonio about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The Hornets, who defeated the Wizards 104-97 in front of an estimated crowd of 6,500, weren’t as lucky. They couldn’t get out of Oklahoma City and their game in Milwaukee was postponed.

c Spurs reserve forward Matt Bonner likely saw his season end when he had to be carried off the court by teammates in the third quarter with a torn left medial collateral ligament

BY THE NUMBERS

392 Consecutive games played by San Antonio’s Bruce Bowen. It is the longest streak in the league.
