Patriot Homes is building 36 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Fairwood Estates in Bowie, a planned community with a community center, swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, soccer fields and a baseball field near shopping in Bowie.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a poured concrete foundation with a brick pattern, vinyl siding, a sodded or seeded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; volume ceilings in the master bedroom; 42-inch oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; two-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,277 to 3,120 finished square feet, with base prices from $535,740 to $581,740. Homeowner association fees are assessed at .004 per $100 of the house price.

The Abraham Clark model, with 2,482 square feet, is priced from $546,740. This home features a two-story foyer with a staircase to the upper level and an entrance to the step-down living room. Nearby are a formal dining room, a powder room and a coat closet. The kitchen is open to the breakfast area and family room. Double doors open off the family room to the study.

The main level also has a laundry room/mudroom with a closet and a door to the garage.
