Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The main level has a family room with a wall of windows and an arched opening to the hall. Adjacent are the breakfast room, which has angled walls of windows, and the kitchen. A mudroom, second powder room and laundry room complete this level.
