Exactly 13 teams moved into this week’s bracket, a reflection of just how fluid postseason projections can be at this time of the year.

What didn’t change were the No. 1 seeds. North Carolina is still one of the top four teams despite a loss to Virginia Tech, and Florida, UCLA and Wisconsin did nothing to prove they didn’t belong among the nation’s best in the last week.
