Beazer Homes Corp. is building 150 town homes and single-family houses at Village Green at Elysian Heights in Leesburg, a planned community with tennis courts, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, play areas and pocket parks three miles from a MARC train station. Plans call for a future retail center.

Each single-family home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front or Hardiplank siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all seven single-family home models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 or 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; high ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; a structured wiring package; dual-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,650 to 4,000 finished square feet, with base prices from $509,990 to $692,990. Homeowner association fees are $75 per month.

The Payne model, with 3,800 square feet, is priced from $664,990. This home features a covered front porch leading into the foyer, which is flanked by a study and a living room. The formal dining room has an adjacent butler’s pantry. The family room opens to the breakfast area, which has a bay window and is open to the center-island kitchen. This level also has a powder room.
