The IDI Group is building 720 condominiums in three 15-story buildings at Rivergate in Woodbridge, adjacent to the Occoquan Harbor Marina, offering water views.

This Prince William County community will include tennis courts, nature trails, a park, a clubhouse with an indoor pool with an outdoor sun deck, a fitness center and spa, a library, hobby and social rooms and a business center.

The homes have about 920 to 1,775 finished square feet, with base prices from the $270,000s to the mid-$500,000s. Monthly condominium fees are $310 to $552.

The A model, with 920 square feet, is priced from the $270,000s. This home has a balcony off the living room, a separate dining room, a full bath and a walk-in closet and standard closet in the bedroom.

The EE model, with 1,310 square feet, is priced from the $380,000s. This home features two closets and a laundry room off the foyer, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room and a living room with a sliding glass door to the balcony, which is also accessible from both bedrooms.
