Artery Group LLC is building 10 luxury single-family houses on 5- to 15-acre wooded homesites at Andalusian Preserve in Brandywine, close to the Hideaway Horse Center, the Show Place Arena, Prince George’s Equestrian Center and the Marlborough Golf Club.

The builder is offering $15,000 toward closing costs and $50,000 in options at half-price with the use of the preferred lender and settlement company.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick or stone front, maintenance-free siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage.

The Washington model, with 4,884 square feet, is priced from the $900,000s. This home features two front porches, a two-story foyer, a living room and a dining room. The main level has a library, a two-story family room with a wall of windows, a kitchen with access to a rear staircase and a hexagonal morning room with three walls of windows and a door to a covered deck. The mudroom is accessible from the garage and the second front porch.
