Lions and tigers and bands, oh my. They’re all represented at the National Zoo’s Sunset Serenades, a series of Thursday-night outdoor concerts taking place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. throughout the summer months. Tonight’s featured act is GHz, a jazzy British blues-rock trio playing tunes by such artists as Frank Zappa and the Doors. Shows are free and also feature up-close encounters with animal life.
