‘Annie Hall’ returns

The annual Screen on the Green festival opens tonight with “Annie Hall,” Woody Allen’s take on love, neuroses and New York. This hilarious film (which won four Academy Awards in 1977) starts at sunset, but picnickers looking for the best spot will start arriving on the Mall around 5 p.m., so plan accordingly.
