Caruso Homes Inc. is building 38 single-family houses on quarter-acre homesites at Rosecreek in Brandywine, a wooded community with a country atmosphere.

The builder is offering $10,000 in closing costs to buyers using the preferred lender.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have approximately 2,800 to 3,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $569,990 to $629,990. Homeowner association fees are $700 per year.

The Rembrandt model, with 3,200 square feet, is priced from $589,990. This home features a two-story foyer with French doors to the den, a formal living room with windows on two sides and a formal dining room with optional columns.

The kitchen and breakfast area open to a step-down family room with a fireplace. The family room can be enhanced with transom windows on two sides above the standard windows.

The main level also includes a laundry room and powder room.
