Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a brick or stone front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms; two to four full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast room; oak stairs; a gas fireplace; maple cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; gas hot water and two-zone gas heat.

The homes have 2,923 to 5,984 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,068,000 to $1,265,000. Homeowner association fees are $233 per month.

The Harrison model, with 5,984 square feet, is priced from $1,265,000. This home features a curved front stoop with columns and a two-story foyer with columns leading into a central two-story gallery with a curving staircase.
