Craftmark Homes Inc. is building 107 town houses at Potomac Greens in Alexandria, a development with a pool and a clubhouse with an exercise room, a fireplace and a lounge.

Each home in this Alexandria community will include a brick or Hardiplank siding exterior, a brick or metal stoop, a steeply pitched roof, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Most homes have a rooftop deck.

Inside, all nine models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in foyer and baths; 9- and 10-foot ceilings; oak stairs; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; high-tech wiring; and dual-zone gas heat and air conditioning.

The homes have approximately 2,100 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $734,900 to $1,084,900. Homeowner association fees are $195 per month.

The Del Ray model, with 3,500 square feet, is priced from $939,900. This home features a finished recreation room on the lower level, with an optional library.

The main level has a living room, a formal dining room and a family room, each defined with a column and a half-wall. The rear kitchen has a center island and is open to the family room and the breakfast area, which has a box bay window.
