K. Hovnanian Homes is building 32 single-family houses on quarter-acre to one-third-acre homesites at the Estates at Woodyard Farm in Upper Marlboro, a community of wooded homesites with easy access to the Beltway.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all nine models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,282 to 2,952 finished square feet, with base prices from $489,990 to $570,990. Homeowner association fees are $28 per month.

The Alabama model, with 2,817 square feet, is priced from $560,990. This home features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer with a double-door entrance into the library.

The formal living room opens into the formal dining room, with optional columns to define the space.

Across the back of the home are an open family room, breakfast area and center-island kitchen with a built-in desk, a pantry and a nearby powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.

Three additional upstairs bedrooms each have a walk-in closet. A laundry room with a linen closet and a second full bath complete this level.
