Caruso Homes Inc. is building 50 single-family homes on one-third-acre to half-acre homesites at the Palisades in Upper Marlboro, Md.

The builder is offering an options scratch-off card to buyers worth up to $25,000 in options.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 to 41/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and master bath; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, Corian counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have about 3,400 to 4,550 finished square feet, with base prices from $724,990 to $804,990. Homeowner association fees are $460 per year.

The Tara Park model, with 4,550 square feet, is priced from $804,990. This home features a two-story foyer with a curving staircase. A formal living room and formal dining room flank the foyer.

The main level has a corner office with an adjacent powder room. The two-story family room is wrapped in windows on two sides and includes a fireplace, columns and a step-up to the center-island kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen are a morning room with walls of windows, a butler’s pantry, a rear staircase, a laundry room and a mudroom.
