N.V.P. Inc. is building 47 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Hailee’s Grove in Manassas, close to shopping, dining, golf courses and the Prince William County Parkway.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a coach lamp, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature three or four bedrooms; 21/2 or 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a full unfinished basement with a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,400 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $559,900 to $679,900. Homeowner association fees are $90 per quarter.

The Charleston model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from $569,900. This home features a two-story foyer and 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels.

The main level has a formal living room, a formal dining room and a central staircase. The first-floor library has an adjacent powder room. The family room has a fireplace flanked by windows.

The center-island kitchen has a walk-in pantry, a butler’s pantry and an adjacent breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath.

Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
