Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The first floor includes a study, a powder room and a family room with columns. The center-island kitchen is open to the breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath.

Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
