Camberley Homes is building 68 single-family houses on 1-acre or larger homesites at Riverwood in Ellicott City, a 270-acre community with almost 200 acres of forest conservation land. Each home in this Howard County community will include walls of brick, stone and Hardiplank siding, a paver walkway, a brick or flagstone stoop, professional landscaping and a three-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, study, dining room, mudroom and kitchen; 9- and 10-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; oak stairs; a gas fireplace; and 42-inch wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen.

The homes have 4,840 to 6,935 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,400,000 to $1,800,000. Homeowner association fees are $500 per year.

The Preston model, with 6,198 square feet, is priced from $1,600,000. This home features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer that faces a central courtyard surrounded by windows.

The main level includes the living room, a dining room with a wine closet, a butler’s pantry, a library, a family room, a kitchen and breakfast area and two powder rooms. Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets, a bath and a door to a covered deck.

Three more bedrooms, each with a private full bath, and a laundry room complete this level. The second and third bedrooms have access to a second deck.
