M/I Homes Inc. is building 157 single-family houses on quarter-acre to half-acre homesites at the Villages of Piedmont in Haymarket, a development with a swimming pool; a clubhouse; volleyball, basketball and tennis courts; and walking paths. Residents also can golf at the Piedmont golf course.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 11 models feature three or four bedrooms; 21/2 to 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; recessed lighting; 42-inch oak cabinets, Corian counters and a walk-in pantry in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,364 to 3,515 finished square feet, with base prices from $469,990 to $559,990. Homeowner association fees are $100 per month.

The Westmoreland model, with 2,949 square feet, is priced from $545,990. This home features a two-story foyer and an octagonal family room. The main level includes a formal dining room, a corner library and a formal living room that shares a two-sided fireplace with the family room.

Buyers can add a lanai across the back of the house that is accessible from the family room, breakfast room and library.

Upstairs, the master suite has an octagonal bedroom, two walk-in closets and a bath. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
