Van Metre Homes is building 304 condominium homes in six buildings at the Mercer Park Condominium in Stone Ridge, a planned community in Aldie with swimming pools, a community clubhouse, a fitness center, tennis courts, an amphitheater, a village center with shops and a park with playing fields.

Each four-story building in this Loudoun County community will include brick and stone accents, elevators, underground parking, landscaping and a picnic area.

Inside, all seven models feature two bedrooms, two full baths, ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and kitchen, 9-foot ceilings, a balcony, granite counters in the baths, wall-to-wall carpet and a laundry room.

The homes have 1,170 to 1,573 finished square feet, with base prices from $287,990 to $342,990. Combined condominium and homeowner association fees are $220 per month.

The Rose Hill model, with 1,170 square feet, is priced from $287,990 to $302,990. This home features a foyer entrance with a closet and columns framing the entrance to the dining room. The kitchen has a breakfast bar open to the dining room. Just off the kitchen is a full bath.

The Janella model, with 1,205 finished square feet, is priced from $292,990 to $322,990. This home has a foyer entrance leading into the dining room and open kitchen, which has a breakfast bar. The living room has a glass door to the balcony.
