Mid-Atlantic Builders Inc. is building 20 single-family homes on one-third-acre to quarter-acre homesites in the South Village at Beechtree in Upper Marlboro, a community with a golf course, clubhouse, swim and racquet club, tennis courts, a 30-acre lake, a nature preserve and walking paths.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The homes have 3,777 to 5,158 finished square feet, with base prices from $725,990 to $839,990. Homeowner association fees are about $100 monthly.

The Venezia model, with 5,158 square feet, is priced from $839,990. This home features a covered front porch that leads into an octagonal foyer with walls of windows. The main level has a living room and dining room with columns and triple windows, a study and a first-floor in-law suite.

Upstairs, the master suite has a curved window wall, a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath.
