K. Hovnanian Homes is building 246 town homes and single-family homes at Arora Hills in Clarksburg, a planned community with swimming pools, streams, walking paths, parks, a community clubhouse and planned recreation center, baseball fields and basketball court.

Each town home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick-and-stone front, brick steps and front walks, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a deck and a detached two-car garage.
