Ryan Homes is building 140 town-home-style condominiums at Lee’s Commons in Manassas, within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Old Town Manassas and the Virginia Railway Express station.

The homes are stacked with two levels over two levels.

The builder is offering half off unlimited options and one year of paid condominium fees to buyers who use the preferred mortgage company.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick or partial brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a one-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on both levels; crown moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets and upgraded appliances in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a large shower with seats; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,642 to 2,641 finished square feet, with base prices from $299,990 to $329,990. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Picasso model, with 2,641 square feet, is priced from $329,990. This upper-level home features columns defining the living and dining rooms, a powder room and a family room open to the kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with two vanities and a large shower with two seats.
