Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 15 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Madison Manor in Herndon, within easy commuting distance of the Herndon/Monroe Park & Ride, Fairfax County Parkway and the Dulles Toll Road.

The builder is offering $10,000 toward closing costs with the use of the preferred lender.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a choice of a brick or siding front and has double 5-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and a half-bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and morning room; ceramic tile or hardwood flooring in the powder room; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,824 to 3,373 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,990 to $629,990. Homeowner association fees are $28 per month.

The Paterson II model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from $615,990. This home features a foyer entrance flanked by the living room and dining room, each with windows on two sides.

The center-island kitchen opens into the morning room, which has an adjacent family room with multiple windows. The adjacent library has double windows on two sides. The main level also has a powder room and a laundry room.
