Toledo 4, Columbus 1: Tyler Clippard (7.32) allowed three runs in the first inning and the visiting Clippers didn’t score until the eighth inning. Pete Orr (.257) went 2-for-3 with a run scored.

Erie 7, Harrisburg 0: The Senators managed just three hits and Justin Maxwell (.242) went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts for host Harrisburg. Marco Estrada (4.05) allowed three runs on eight hits in five innings.

Winston-Salem 7, Potomac 5: The visiting Nationals couldn’t score until the seventh inning and a late rally wasn’t enough. Leonard Davis (.429) went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. Ross Detwiler (5.14) lasted just two-thirds of an inning, allowing two runs on three hits.

Lakewood 4, Hagerstown 1: Colton Willems allowed three runs on five hits in five innings for the visiting Suns.
