Craftmark Homes Inc. is building 74 single-family homes on half-acre homesites at the Village of Waxpool in Ashburn, a community with wooded common areas near three shopping centers.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, a brick or masonry stoop and a two-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four or five bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half-bath; oak stairs; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, laundry and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; a fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; recessed lighting; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,994 to 5,571 finished square feet, with base prices from $776,900 to $1,007,900. Homeowner association fees are $200 per quarter.

The Edgemoor model, with 3,495 square feet, is priced from $817,900 to $832,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a living room with columns, and a bay window and a study with a bay window.

The family room, dining room and breakfast area have 11-foot ceilings and walls of windows.

The first-floor master suite has an 11-foot ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath.

Upstairs, the second bedroom has a private full bath and a walk-in closet, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a hall bath.
