Columbus 4, Louisville 3 (13): Shortstop Ray Olmedo (.254) singled in Larry Broadway with two outs in the 13th as the visiting Clippers beat the Bats.

Mike Bacsik (2-1, 3.18) pitched three innings, allowing only one hit, to get the win.

Catcher Jesus Flores drove in two runs for Columbus.

Akron 2, Harrisburg 1 (10): Despite six shutout innings by Shairon Martis (2.73), the visiting Senators lost to the Aeros.

Potomac 3, Frederick 2: Adrian Alaniz (2-0, 2.70) struck out six in five innings, allowing no earned runs in the Nationals’ victory over the host Keys.

Hagerstown 8, Greensboro 6: Right fielder Michael Burgess went 2-for-5 with five RBI in the Suns’ road win over the Grasshoppers.
